This notice covers requests sent to Skeal Consulting through this website. It supplements the cookie and storage policy.

Data and purposes
- Contact form: first name, last name, email and message are required to submit. Company, country, activity and the optional newsletter opt-in are optional. These data let us answer and follow up on your request.
- Newsletter: full name, email address and affirmative opt-in are required to subscribe. Subscription is separate from a contact request. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Form security: Turnstile token and technical connection data needed to prevent automated submissions and abuse.
Legal basis
A contact request is processed to respond to your request and, where you ask us to, to take steps before entering into a contract. Security data is processed to protect the service from abuse. The newsletter is based on your consent, which you may withdraw without affecting processing already carried out.
Recipients and service providers
Requests are routed through Skeal's hosted n8n workflow. Contact requests may be stored in Brevo and Notion for follow-up. Newsletter subscriptions go to the dedicated Brevo list “Newsletter Skeal Consulting”; they are not stored in Notion. Hostinger hosts the site files. Cloudflare provides Turnstile for anti-abuse protection. These providers act only for the relevant services.
Processing locations, processor terms and applicable transfer safeguards must be checked in each provider's contracts and settings before this notice is used in production.
Retention
- Contact requests: while being handled and, if no contractual relationship follows, no longer than three years after the last exchange, subject to legal obligations and necessary evidence.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Minimal suppression data may be retained to prevent an unwanted re-subscription.
- Cookie preferences: six months. Technical logs and n8n executions: periods configured with the providers, to be checked and limited to what is necessary.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data and object to certain processing. You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time. To exercise your rights, email hello@skeal.co. You may also contact Monaco's Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP) where it has jurisdiction.
Updates
This notice must be updated if forms, purposes, tools or retention periods change.
